Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Unopened Products
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, along with a valid purchase receipt.
Opened Consumables
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumable products (protein powders, capsules, tablets, etc.) can only be returned if they are defective, expired on arrival, or incorrectly supplied.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds for cash purchases made in-store can be processed as store credit or cash at either location.
