Information collected automatically
The bare minimum a website needs to work.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each visit. They are used to keep the site secure and running smoothly.
- Your browser stores your cart and wishlist on your own device, so they're still there when you come back.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers or analytics tools on this website.
What we don't collect
Some things we simply have no reason to ask for.
No location tracking
We never ask for your device's GPS location. We only use the delivery address you type in.
No contacts or device access
We don't read your phone's contacts, call logs, messages, photos or other apps.
BMI stays with you
Our BMI calculator works entirely in your browser. Your height, weight and result are never sent to us or saved.
No card details
Card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs and bank passwords go straight to Razorpay and never touch our servers.
How we use your information
Every use has a clear purpose.
- To confirm, pack, ship and deliver your orders, and to send order confirmations and delivery updates.
- To handle returns, replacements, refunds and any questions you raise with our team.
- To prevent fraud, such as fake orders or misuse of offers like Sunday Buy 1 Get 1 Free.
- To keep the invoices and records that tax and accounting laws require.
- To tell you about new products and offers, but only if you've agreed to receive them.

You can clear all of this at any time from your browser settings. Doing so empties your cart and wishlist on that device, but doesn't affect your past orders.
Messages & marketing
Order updates always, promotions only if you say yes.
Order messages
Confirmations, delivery updates and replies to your questions, sent by email, phone or SMS. These are part of serving your order.
Offers on WhatsApp, SMS or email
Sent only after you agree to receive them, for example to hear about new stock or our Sunday deals.
Stop anytime
Use the opt-out option in the message, or tell either store. Order-related messages will continue.
How we protect it
Sensible safeguards at every step.
- Every page of our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
- Payments run through Razorpay, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.
- Only team members who need your details to fulfil or support an order can see them.
- No method of storing or sending data online is completely risk-free. If a breach ever affects your information, we'll inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

Get a wrong phone number, email or address fixed in our records.

Ask us to delete your details, except records we're legally required to keep, such as invoices.

Stop marketing messages, or any other use based on your consent, at any time.
To use any of these rights, or to raise a privacy complaint, contact either store or use our Contact page. We'll verify that the request is really from you, then respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
For our Kids Nutrition range too.
Orders must be placed by adults aged 18 or above. Products from our Kids Nutrition range should be bought by a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has shared their details with us, tell us and we'll delete them.

We'll keep you informed.
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page always shows the latest version. For significant changes, we'll also post a notice on the website.
