This website, crownholdersupplements.com, is run by Crown Holder Supplements ("Crown Holder", "we", "us"), a multi-brand supplement retailer with stores at Sadar Bazaar and Barnala Road in Sirsa, Haryana.

By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy, Delivery, Returns and Refund policies. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the website.

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Products for children, such as our Kids Nutrition range, must be ordered by a parent or guardian.
• We deliver only within India. Anyone browsing from outside India does so at their own choice and must follow their local laws.
• The name, phone number, email and address you give us must be accurate and your own, or ones you're authorised to use.

• Every product we sell is genuine, sourced from brands or their authorised distributors.
• Product photos are for reference. Brands update their packaging from time to time, so the tub or box you receive may look slightly different.
• The label on the product you receive, including ingredients, nutrition facts, serving size, batch number and expiry date, is the final word on that product.
• We try hard to keep descriptions accurate. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll correct it.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Our selling price never exceeds the MRP printed on the product.
• Prices and stock can change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we'll contact you before dispatch. You can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Only use a card, UPI ID or bank account that you own or are authorised to use.

Placing an order is your request to buy the products in your cart. The order is confirmed once your payment succeeds and we've checked that the products are available. You'll get a confirmation by email.

We may cancel an order, in full or in part, and refund the amount paid for the cancelled items if:

• the product has gone out of stock, or the delivery address can't be served;
• there's a pricing or listing error, as explained above;
• the order looks fraudulent, uses someone else's payment details, or misuses an offer; or
• the order appears to be for commercial resale rather than personal use.

You can cancel your own order before it's dispatched. Our Refund Policy explains how and when your money comes back.

• Every offer applies only to the products, dates and quantities shown with it, and only while stocks last.
• Sunday offers are valid only on orders placed on a Sunday, India time (IST). The discount is applied automatically in your cart.
• Offers can't be combined with each other, exchanged for cash or applied to past orders, unless the offer clearly says so.
• We may change, extend or end an offer at any time. Orders already confirmed keep the offer they were placed with.
• If an order misuses an offer, for example through multiple accounts or addresses, we may cancel it and refund the amount paid.

Our online store is meant for personal use. We may limit how many units of a product one customer, household, payment method or address can buy, especially during offers. For bulk or gym requirements, please talk to either store directly.

Delivery dates shown anywhere on the website are estimates. Courier delays outside our control don't make an order invalid, but we'll always help you follow up.

• Speak to a doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take regular medication, or are buying for a child.
• Always follow the serving size and directions on the label, and check the ingredient list for allergens.
• Results depend on your diet, training, sleep and body, so they vary from person to person.
• Tools such as our BMI calculator give general guidance only. They don't replace a professional assessment.
• Advice from our store team is shared in good faith. It's general fitness and nutrition guidance, not a medical prescription.

You agree not to:

• place fake orders, give false details, or use payment methods that aren't yours;
• try to hack, overload, probe or disrupt the website, its servers or other shoppers' accounts;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy prices, products or content;
• post or send anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, obscene or harmful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights; or
• impersonate another person, or misuse offers, reviews or our contact channels.

If we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, we may cancel the orders involved, block access to the website, and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

• The Crown Holder name, logo, website design, text, graphics and original photos belong to Crown Holder Supplements.
• Product names, brand logos and packaging images belong to their respective brand owners. They appear here only to identify the genuine products we sell.
• You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, republishing or reselling our content requires our written permission.

If you share a review, rating, photo or suggestion with us, it must be honest, your own and lawful. You allow us to display it on our website and social media, along with your first name, and to use your ideas to improve our service. We may decline or remove content that is fake, offensive, promotional or unrelated to the product.

• As far as the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
• We're not responsible for indirect losses, or for harm caused by using a product against its label directions or medical advice.
• We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, network outages or government restrictions.
• We work to keep the website available and error-free, but can't promise it will never be interrupted.

Payments run through Razorpay and deliveries outside Sirsa through courier partners. Our website also links to services such as Google Maps and Instagram. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it quickly and fairly. If a dispute can't be settled that way, the courts at Sirsa, Haryana will have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under Indian law.

For any complaint about an order, a product or this website, contact either of our stores using the details below, or use our Contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receiving them, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

• We may update these terms when our services, offers or the law change. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply.
• If we don't enforce a term straight away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
